1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TESTR AI app and any related services provided by APEX STUDIO LLC (“Apex Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using TESTR AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
    Apex Studio is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe) under their own terms.

  • Prices and subscription terms may change with notice.

  • You are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions through your platform’s settings.

  • Refunds are handled per store or platform policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App’s code or content.

  • Upload malicious code or disrupt the App’s functionality.

  • Use the App to violate another person’s rights.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks in TESTR AI are owned by APEX STUDIO LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Disclaimers

The App and all related services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Apex Studio disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on https://apex-studio.app/terms-of-service, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.
